Jr. Graphic Designer & Multimedia Designer
JDV develops impactful retail concepts for international brands.
For our creative and multidisciplinary team, we are looking for a Graphic & Multimedia Designer who combines strong visual communication with a marketing-oriented mindset. You know how to translate brand stories into in-store communication, digital content, and motion design that are both strategic and visually compelling. In this role, you will work on projects where design, content, and brand communication come together.

Creative with commercial and brand awareness: You think from a brand identity, customer journey, and target audience perspective and translate this into powerful visual solutions.
Strong communicator: You easily collaborate with designers, marketers, and strategists, and can convincingly explain your choices.
Proactive and versatile: You combine graphic design, content creation, and animation, working in a structured way on multiple marketing and design projects simultaneously.
What will you be working on?
Conceptualizing: You translate brand strategies and positioning into relevant graphic design within our retail concepts. You contribute ideas on how a brand can stand out, both in-store and digitally.
Execution: You create consistent visual identities, communication guidelines, and brand manuals that provide direction to teams, clients, and implementation partners.
Motion & animatie: Je creëert animaties binnen onze projecten en marketing voor StudioJDV. Bijvoorbeeld motion graphics en dynamische presentaties die concepten versterken en marketingverhalen overtuigend overbrengen.
Marketing communication: You contribute to digital content for our organization, such as newsletters, social visuals, and campaigns, translating our brand story into clear and visually appealing marketing materials.
Presentations & pitches: You assist in developing strong client presentations and pitch materials that clearly convey our strategy, concepts, and creativity.
What do you bring?
An MBO4 or HBO diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or marketing-focused communication.
Excellent command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Experience with motion design (After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar) is a plus.
Experience with retail, in-store communication, or spatial projects is a plus.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Proficiency in Dutch and English; other languages are a plus.
