What we do
Food service concepts with high impact big and big scalability
A strong food service concept is a brand, a menu, a routing and an atmosphere working as one. StudioJDV designs QSR concepts, restaurants, cafés and food courts that guests love and operators can multiply, from a single landmark location to a franchise-ready format.

What we do in food service
We develop food service concepts from scratch and reposition existing ones: naming and brand identity, menu presentation, counter and kitchen routing, seating and interior design, and all guest-facing communication.
The result is a concept where the story is tangible in every touchpoint, from the facade to the tray. Because we come from retail, we design for throughput as much as for atmosphere. Queue flow, order points, peak-hour capacity and labour efficiency are design decisions, not afterthoughts. That is what makes a concept scalable.
From single location to scalable format
Scalability is designed in from day one. We capture the concept in a format manual covering layout principles, materials, lighting, graphics and equipment, so location two, ten and fifty deliver the same experience at predictable cost. For operators in travel, leisure and city locations this is the difference between a good restaurant and a growth formula.
Selected food service work
Our food service portfolio includes the holiday food experience for Center Parcs with Albron, plant-based pioneer PlantFWD, Pall Cafe where café meets food store, bold QSR brand Popsyz and travel format Broodzaak. Different guests, different missions, one constant: concepts that work commercially.
